Processing Time

Most of our products are made to order. Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for your order to be created, prepared, and packaged before shipment.

Processing times may vary slightly during holidays, high-volume periods, or for certain specialty products.

Estimated Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery within the United States is generally 3–7 business days, depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Please note that processing time and shipping/transit time are separate.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been accepted by the carrier.

Multiple-Item Orders

Some of our products may be produced and shipped by different production partners. If you purchase multiple items, your order may arrive in separate packages and on different days.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your package appears significantly delayed or you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us through Etsy Messages so we can assist you.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
